As of the 1st of March 2012, Hoshizaki Europe BV Icemakers and Ice Dispensers are certified by HACCP International.
This leading food service organization, certifies Hoshizaki´s range of ice-making and ice dispensing equipment as capable of delivering food grade ice and suitable for use in food and beverage facilities that operate in accordance with a HACCP based Food Safety Programme.
The certificate includes the following machines in Hoshizaki´s product range:
• IM Range - Cube, Cylinder and Special Ice
• KM Range - Crescent Ice
• FM/CM Range - Flake and Nugget Ice
• DIM/DCM Range - Ice and/or Water Dispensers
